Example, they try to solve many kind of problems or make our society more wonderful.So, they need skills to understand these problems and knowledge to solve them. Second, they are also able to encourage people to carry out these activities together.In oder to do it, they need skills to plan activities with many people and to make their mind to do them.
In conclusion, leaders have to be more active and they need skills to make other's mind to carry out these activities together.

I think leadership is made, because Leadership is sharpened through experience. In oder to acquire leadership, we should try to carry out a lot of things and get a lot of experiences.
You think that many experiences generate a leadership. That's a nice idea. I think the person, who wants to learn a leadership will challenge to experience achieving many projects doing with many members. Perhaps he can be a leader in his field of expertise.
